What does the "Meet your neighbor" section on some listings mean?

A few listings have a photo and a short personal note from the owner. Why do only some have it?

"Meet your neighbor" is an optional section that resident-owned businesses can turn on. It shows the owner's name, photo, and a short note in their own words about who they are and why they do this work. It only appears on approved, resident-owned listings where the owner has filled it in and switched it on. That is why you see it on some listings and not others. It is entirely opt-in. Some owners prefer to keep the listing strictly about the business, and that is fine.
