What is "Let Us Help," and what happens after I submit a request?

It is a short form that goes to a real person, not an automated match engine. You describe what you need in your own words — one thing or several — and tell us how urgent it is and how you would rather be contacted. An admin reads it, looks for the right neighbors in the directory, and connects you. If nobody in the directory fits, we say so plainly instead of sending you a bad match. Most requests get a response within a day. Mark it urgent if it is genuinely urgent and it moves to the front. You can start one any time from Let Us Help.
