Who can leave a review, and how are reviews moderated?

Reviews come from verified resident accounts only. You need an account and a Skye Ranch address before you can leave one, which is the whole point — this is neighbors talking to neighbors, not anonymous internet strangers. Every review passes through a moderation queue before it goes public. We are not editing opinions. We are checking that a review is about a real experience and is not a personal attack, a competitor swipe, or spam. Business owners can post one public reply to any review of their listing. They cannot delete or hide reviews. If you think a published review breaks the rules, use the flag link on the review and it comes straight to an admin.
