Meet The Azzarello Family

Nicole and Andrew Azzarello are proud to call Skye Ranch home. Together with their three children—Addison, who recently started high school, and twins Olivia and Vincenzo, who recently began middle school—and their four dogs, Rocky, Ivy, Zadie, and Olive, they love being part of such a welcoming community.

Since their extended family does not live in Florida, the relationships they have formed in Skye Ranch are especially meaningful. Their neighbors and friends have truly become family—people they can lean on, celebrate with, and support whenever needed. That strong sense of connection is one of the many reasons they love living here.

As a family, the Azzarellos enjoy swimming at The HUB, watching football, and staying active. All three children are passionate about taekwondo and have earned their black belts—an accomplishment that reflects their dedication and hard work.

Professionally, Andrew helps families buy and sell homes throughout the area, while Nicole helps clients navigate the mortgage process and find the right financing for their goals. For Nicole and Andrew, their work is about more than real estate and home loans—it is about helping people find a place where they can feel the same sense of belonging their family has found in Skye Ranch.
