Skye Ranch Amenities: What's Included (and What Isn't)
October 5, 2026 · 5 min read
The amenities are the reason most people choose Skye Ranch — but access differs by section, and that trips up new residents every season. Here is what exists and who can use what.
The Hub: the main amenity campus
- Resort-style pool and spa with a shaded deck, plus a splash area for younger kids.
- Fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, and a separate studio for classes.
- Indoor rock climbing wall — unusual for a residential community.
- Cafe and demonstration kitchen used for coffee, meetings, and cooking classes.
- Tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, and open sports fields.
- Pet park, fire pit, and outdoor gathering areas.
- Trailheads connecting to the community's walking and biking paths.
What each section gets
Amenity access is set by the Skye Ranch Master Association and differs by neighborhood. The Hub is the amenity campus for the Cassia and Esplanade sections. The Townhomes have their own pool and cabana and a separate amenity campus of their own.
Esplanade residents also have separate amenities inside their gated enclave, in addition to the shared campus. Confirm what your specific address includes with the master association before you rely on it — guest limits, hours, and reservation rules all come from association policy, not from this site.
What it costs
There is no separate membership fee for The Hub. Amenity use is funded through HOA dues and CDD assessments already part of the cost of living in Skye Ranch. What those charges run, and how they are billed, is covered in our guide to Skye Ranch HOA and CDD costs.
How residents actually use them
Use runs in shifts: the gym and trails are quietest on weekday mornings, families fill the pool deck after school, and the events calendar — run by a full-time lifestyle manager — is at its fullest from November through April.
The practical advice that saves new residents trouble: get amenity access set up in your first week, and put the lifestyle events calendar on your actual calendar. That is where the neighborhood's word-of-mouth recommendations trade hands.
