A normal weekday

It is a genuinely mixed community by design. The townhome section draws first-time buyers, young professionals, and investors. Cassia is heavily families, drawn by the on-site school and larger single-family plans. Esplanade is age-restricted 55-plus with its own resort amenities and maintenance-included living.
