Esplanade is a planned gated enclave inside Skye Ranch. Taylor Morrison's Esplanade brand is built around resort amenities and an active lifestyle, and the homes here are all single-story — a draw for buyers who want to avoid stairs.
Taylor Morrison presents Skye Ranch as an all-ages community. Some real-estate sites describe Esplanade as an active-adult enclave; we don't state an age restriction because we haven't seen a governing document that sets one. Ask the association if it matters to you.
The homes
Plans run about 1,533 to 3,004 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths and 2- or 3-car garages. Dues in Esplanade run higher than in Cassia because more maintenance is bundled in — see our HOA and CDD guide for the planning ranges.
Amenities
- Rendezvous Park (Esplanade residents only, 7716 Moonbeam Avenue): resort-style pool and spa, cabana, fireside seating, bark park, bocce, pickleball courts and an event lawn.
- Phase 2 (announced 2025): a new pickleball complex, a second resort pool with a Bahama Bar, and The Venue — a lifestyle room, fitness center and movement studio, massage rooms and club rooms.

Because lawn care is typically bundled, Esplanade owners tend to look for pros inside the house and lanai: AC service, pest control, screen and lanai repair, house cleaning, handymen, and pet sitting or dog walking when they travel.
