The Towns at Skye Ranch (newer collection)
In 2025 Taylor Morrison opened a second townhome collection, The Towns at Skye Ranch: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,404 to 1,558 square feet, with a 1-car garage, all two-story. If you're comparing, The Towns are slightly larger and all include a garage.
Amenities and access
The townhome section has its own pool and cabana. Access to The Hub and other campuses differs by address, so confirm with the master association what your specific home includes.
